Goodbye 2005, Hello 2006.

Believe or not I'm turning 16 next year. So anyway. My chinese birthday is two days before chinese new year, and for all those who didn't know, my real birthdate happens to be on 29th january.

And YAY, next year, on my SIXTEENTH birthday, 29th january happens to be ON the 1st day of the chinese new year. You all better start preparing bigger angpaos for me okay. It's probably the only thing I'll be looking forward to in 2006.

Down memory lane.

2005 just pass by in a blick of an eye. Many ups and downs this year, anyhow I managed to overcome it. Shall do a brief recap of the things that happened to me this year. I know what you must be thinking. LONG BORING ENTRY. LOL! But hey there's pictures too. I know pictures say a thousand words. BUT don't skip the content. YOU STILL HAVE TO READ! HAHAH!

Firstly, I was promoted to secondary three. UPPER SEC! Meaning new subjects to handle. Still remember the first few weeks, I would always complain to my mummy about how difficult A.math is blah blah. Always have this phobia like unable to do well. But, TADA! With the constant encouragements from my parents, friends, ICs and chanting... I DID IT!

Next big thing. My O-level.

Late january, the three of us signed up for the Youth Cultural Festival (YCF). I was really worried that I am unable to juggle both YCF and my studies. Eventually, I took up the challenge. Must really thanks my parents who constantly urged me to joined. If it was not for them, I wouldn't have know so many wonderful people around me. THANK YOU. Since then, I was very packed with all the intensive trainings which was held on saturdays. Always looking
forward to each training.


Made new friends like BOONHAN! Nice and sociable guy. He's like a big brother to me and it was him who gave me the HQ3 tickets! WE ARE A STAR! YAY!

It's really very weird. Because of him, I knew this girl JAYMIE who named me MATONG MEI. Yeah, in SOKA the world is so small!



Though we only performed for 3 minutes while it took us 6 months to learn the steps, we really enjoyed ourselves. Our hard work did paid off. And yes, I never know I can dance till I join this event. HAHA!






You people should go see it for yourselves. The smiles on our faces and the joy we had everytime we see each other. Bonds created among us. So, 2010 YCF here I come! Great opportunity for us to learn and grow together. RARE CHANCE! So people must JOIN!

CHANGING LIVES CREATING VICTORIES!

(Fast forward. Lol, only pick out some of the big events which is the most memorable to me.)

Got a call from one of my IC. They said we are doing a skit for the Youth General Meeting (YGM : 4th dec was a very significant day to me.) Initially, I wasn't very interested. Lucky me, my sis, Serene and Xinyi we were together again! YCF FRIENDS! Attended a few times and found it quite interesting. Again many bonds created within ourselves. Knew everyone better and my good friend, Eugene. I mean during YCF we never talk though we are in the same group. Can imagine? 6 months? But now...





HAPPY KIDS! Utterly surprised how time flies and I really treasure him as my good friend. SIMON SAYS... WE ROCK! Heh.

Know people like JAYMIE. LOVE HER SO MUCH! Though I am always talking back to her la. But, she is still the nicest to us!

It seems like she is my long lost sister. HAHA kidding. Friendship lasts forever!






FD KENSHU NEXT! Research com 2 ROCKS! Knew Kenneth through this. Really bubbly and a guy who loves to talk alot and drink COFFEEEEEEE! KENNETH SO bitter SWEET. HAHA!

Not to forget, Tricia! My classmate. Only got to know her this year. Yes, it seems like we can get along really well. Basically, we used this holiday to catch up.

Aye! These people are the colours of my life. Adore every single one of them. Indeed, 2005 was really an eventful year!

Went over to Jing Wen's house to watch DVDs while the rest copied homework. HAHA! Wonder how they can enjoy their holidays when their work are not even completed. Oh yeah, I watched this show on SCV at her house. It says choose any finger and each finger have different meanings.

I chose the pinky. Guess what they say about my love life. I already found my true love and ready to settle down. LOL! This is difinitely NOT TRUE! Yes, such weird shows does exist. They want to brainwash the viewers and their state of mentality. Evil, evil.

Eeks! she's darn thick skinned. People like her should be banished from this world. Her presence really irks the shit outta me. I detest her. *whinnnnes* That is certainly very very very unglam of me.

Raindrops on my window pane. It just keep on pouring since afternoon and each time it gets heavier and heavier. Everything gets darker and darker. Don't know why everyone is feeling so perplexed about that matter. All I have to say that he is in the wrong too. He thinks... okay enough! He ought to do some soul searching.

I am feeling bad. School is re-opening soon. I know I have said this a thousand times. Hmm... another 365 days. Everything has to start anew. Isn't life so dull and boring? Nothing exciting have yet to happen. Sigh, something is really bothering me but I myself don't know what it is. Feeling darn preoccupied again.

SWENSENS!

Lunched at Bugis because it's MUMMY birthday. We went to swensens. Yumm! Ordered alot of food plus side dishes. At the end of the meal I was really bloated. And I am already scared of fries. Seriously, one plate of main course there's like so much of fries. Gosh, really scary. Haha!

The square like bowls are the side dishes. Fried mushrooms and fried prawn fitters. Delicious! Background is my sissy's cheese baked rice. Not nice at all. Daddy said the rice tasted like BA ZHANG? (rice dumblings) HAHA, yeah right. HELLO IT'S SWENSENS.

FISH AND CHIPS! Nice, look at the fries! HAHA, alot okay. I ordered the below one. Some fried chicken stuff. Yeah I know fried fried and MORE FRIED food. Gosh, my stomach feels so oily. HAHA!

Went back home to catch a nap before heading down to Jaymie's house. HAHA! settle my dinner there because Jaymie kept on asking us to eat more. EAT EAT EAT! Yeah, her house darn lively.

Anyway, there's bowling this wednesday. Not too sure who is coming. Anyone who wants to come tell me leh. Effing ankle. Don't know what happen either, sprain it or something I guess. HOW TO BOWL?!

Today marks the one year of tsunami incident. Time really passes darn fast. One more week! AYE WHATEVER!

All I want for christmas is you.

First thing first. CHRISTMAS to all. HOHOHO! And not forgetting HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO JAYMIE! Yep, can see that she had a wonderful time with her friends. More will come when we go to your house. HAHA!

Yesterday, we went for HQ 1 Kenshu. Well, Wan Ling and Qing Qing came along too. Must say their kenshu was much better than ours. The place was so much bigger! I bought the FUTURE DIVISION TEE! Oh yeah oh yeah. Make alot of new friends too. And I finally got to know how Kai Xiang look like. Been chatting with him online for so long and it's like FINALLY. Ha!

I almost couldn't recognise Siyi. She was the MC for the day and I was trying very hard to make out if that was her. Her make up was darn THICK! Almost couldn't see her eyes. Hehe. Anyhow, she came up and said HI to me. I am blur la.

Went Suntec late at night. Mummy said there were sales BUT when we reached there, all shops were CLOSED! HAHAHA! Sales uh? Saw alot of my ICs like Valarie at Carefour! She waved at us too. Met another one at burgerking but she was busy chatting with her boyfriend? She wore till so low cut. Eh? Another one walking towards the hawker centre near esplanade. Jia hao. My sis said he was staring at us. LOL, don't know I was busy playing the CAI QUAN game with my sissy.

Oh yeah, there's a new invention of this FAKE SNOW. It comes in a bottle and you just have to spray it to create the snow like effect. People were selling it and to promote their product they spray it on anyone. WTH. It's soapy foam. Eeyar!

Yes yes, I have to say this. I slept at 1 am yesterday! Don't know why I am so excited. Prolly because I never sleep this late before? So Eugene you see I am not a PIG!

The way of youth.

Don't know why Jaymie is not excited at all. Her birthday is coming! 25th december which is also CHRISTMAS! Lol, don't know what's she thinking. Anyway, hope you and your family are getting along already. SMILE LA GIRL.

Have you ever looked at something than suddenly, it triggers you this sort of warm fuzzy feeling that you experienced a long time ago. A feeling of life. I call it... it could be raindrops on your window pane or even a lampost light.

Something that strikes you when you were young. I feel that the simple things in life gives you a boost to move on. No matter how rich you are, it all comes back to my emi formula family+ house+ friends+ good food= happiness. I feel that this formula helps to create a stable state of mind. Yes?

Alright, just let me enjoy my last week of holiday. I WANA BOWL AGAIN! Anyone interested? Maybe the same group of people. Haha.

School = homework = revision = EXAMS = sleepless nights.

Crawling back to you.

Yesterday I had a WONDERFUL time out with my friends. We went bowling at CDANS! Initially, we went to Bukit Panjang Plaza but they had tournament or something so we were put on a waiting list. Meaning we may or may not get the chance to play. Somehow, Eugene came. He said last minute can already. Haha darn funny! Glad he didn't feel leftout because we out numbered him. HEHE!

Oh yes I saw JIA XUAN at macs! JIA XUAN I MISS YOU SO MUCH! She's my primary school good friend. Lol, she's busy with her holiday assignments. AGAIN, last minute.


Eugene! Got style? HAHA! the way he roll his ball darn cool.


He said he didn't know how to bowl. Look at the screen, EUGENE GOT 109. Sad to say I got the lowest. HAHAHA! First time in Janice's history. Yeah, Eugene said I should roll and not throw the ball. Sounds like some kind of expert uh? He's good at running(individually champion for his level), IT, skating, blading.. GOSH! why so talented?




My sis and Jaymie! This girl ah, really excited. HAHA!


Don't know what happen. I was like so happy smiling at the camera and Jaymie shot it. Outcome was like, Jaymie : 'SO CUTE! I WANT THIS PICTURE! SEE HIS FACE SO CUTE!' Tsk, I smile for you never say anything about me. Hehe.

We ended up at Burgerking. Stayed there for an hour and we talked and talked till the sky turn dark. Kept making fun of Eugene and *ahem. Darn nice to see when he is speechless. HAHA! So fun chatting with you guys. Pratically spent my entire day with them.


Four more days to CHRISTMAS and also JAYMIE'S birthday! Santa's baby. HAHAHA!

Say goodbye.

Today's FD kenshu was average. Guess I was really shagged when it was in the afternoon. Pratically spent my whole sunday at TBSC. So yeah, when it's afternoon, my moodswing came. I mean it's like 8 hours! Really darn tired.

We were spilt into different groups. Which I HATE IT ALOT! My sissy and her friends changed group while I was left all alone. Almost the whole gang was together except for me, Eugene and Xinyi. Yep, didn't really enjoy myself at the games part. Don't know why but I somehow have this weird feeling throughout the entire day.

Kenneth was ultra ULTRA high. He says COFFEE is the way. And the whole morning he was like ' You guys wanna drink coffee? Caffiene makes me HIGH.' Yeah, weird la! We need people like you in FD! HAH, but too bad you are graduating next year already. Well, at least we know you. Never too late uh? Duper sociable guy.

Fall to pieces.

Yesterday's Rainbow Connection was SUCKY at the end. Yoyo didn't end up with Jianyi. Jianyi is such a fickleminded guy. If I ever come across this type of guy ah, surely have heartattack or rather I will kick ass. That old virgin ended up with the young dancer which is like so much younger than her. Wah, don't have to twist the story until like that right? HAHA! Not nice, demand a new ending. =P

Daddy downloaded a new player! Think Serene also have this. You can listen to any songs you want. But it's like very limited. Out of one section eg. POP I can only find a tiny weeny bit that I like. Others are like ' What the hell, like this also call pop ah? Skip to the next one.'

Must say Jaymie is really very excited about him. And now what? TOILETBOWL MEI? For crying out loud where's my SINK jaymie jie. HEHEHE! I also don't know what to say about this insane girl. Look at my tagboard, don't know who started it la. Hah! Jaymie must be you right?

I feel very bad turning down my friends time and time again. They have been asking me out and I always can't make it! Busy with soka activities, I am sorry. Tomorrow is FD kenshu and I am not excited or overwhelmed at all. This is bad hurhur. Mixture of feelings and bitter sweet emotions. BAH!

Friends or foe.

Yesterday's dance was GREAT GREAT GRRRREAAAAT! It was a very last minute thing and everyone of us thought we will fail because upon looking at the south region students who put up a dance, we are far behind them.

Thomas called us out he knew exactly what was on our mind. His words are DEFINITELY ENCOURAGING. ' You all saw the south region dance right? I know it's very nice but the quality is secondary. It doesn't matter which dance is better. What matter most is your sincerity to touch the audience hearts. You guys have overcome the YCF, YGM together. They know you can do it. Show it to them.' Plucking up our courage, we did VERY well for the dance. Thinking it's last minute uh. But anyhow, the audience love it. THAT THING YOU DO is the song!

Met JAYMIE! She was ultra high when she saw us dancing. Haha. Gave her some melted chocolates. Uh? Nevermind it's the thought that counts though.

Oh yes, I did something very terrible yesterday. Seriously, I could have died that one second. I didn't know what I was thinking, what I saw was my friends ahead of me and another one behind me. I think I lost my seneses or something. I actually crossed the main road when the green man is RED. Should have stayed behind for the green man. Argh, it's over. *guilt- ridden*

Anyway, this sunday is our last gathering. SOBS! Must really treasure all the moment left.

Confessions of a broken heart.

Well, don't know whether you people have the habit of bloghopping. As for me, I seriously got this HABIT to visit these THREE blogs whenever I am online. DIE DIE also have to read. None are my friends, they are complete strangers to me.

Started reading one of the blog since her boyfriend left singapore. She's darn popular in friendster. Guess, prolly she's... I don't know. Some people are famous just like that.

The other one english is so darn profound. Well, that's one thing I can learn from. Checked the dictionary and the words are stuck in my head forever. By the way this blogger is beautiful! First time on my own judgement, I said the word beautiful.

Xiaxue. Guess she does ring a bell uh? Famous Asian blogger. Started reading hers when I got my blog. Think 6 months ago. Don't know why I just love reading their blogs. DON'T CALL ME PERVERT.

Believe it or not.

Went to Jing Wen's house earlier on. Just watched some DVDs and we played monopoly. First time playing it with my friends. I used to play monopoly with my sissy but not anymore. Two isn't fun at all la. And the worst part is I have to do the packing up which I dread it alot. So guess who is the ultimate winner? HAHA! It was ahem... ME! I got 6,000 plus at the end! I bagged all the 500 bucks. Yes Tricia? Heh.

Borrowed a DVD 'Alot like Love' from her. Quite nice though. But the ending totally sucked. The CD got stucked and it hanged my whole computer. Restart it many times but still failed. Lol, but think the couple are together. That's what you get in fiction story, don't you? HAHAHA!

Will be going to Serene's house tomorrow. Again?! Yes, do some research and learn the dance steps. More people will be coming though.

Best day of my life.

So both performances are over. Yes, I had a WONDERFUL time at Senja. The atmosphere wasn't that high as compared to ICA but I can see that the audience still enjoyed themselves. To me or well to all my friends, we had more fun behind the scene!

After our skit, we went to the holding area to watch the performance. I mean there's a screen for us to watch it live. My sis and I started taking out the camera and took pictures of everyone though. We still have this wednesday to get together because we are supposed to do a dance for the CHINGAY particiapants.

Now we are even closer. Well, at least closer than my schoolmates. We have overcome so many obstacle say during YCF, YGM, Research com and recently the Chingay dance guess these people really play an important role in my life.

The Reason.

Just got back from Yan Deng's house. Yep have to say that this trip to his house was rather productive. We managed to finish some of the work. We still left one small tiny bit of pasting and we are done! WE HAVE TO DO TWO SETS OKAY! Haha, have to display it at two different places.

Yan Deng I love your FRIDGE! We started exploring his kitchen and found out lots of good stuffs. Ice cream, hot chocolate and noguart. HAHA! Xinyi pratically make herself at home at started digging out food to eat.

Took home the last part and I am tired of pasting already la. But, upon looking at our results, Mui Noi was quite pleased with it though. If it was not for her, we wouldn't have completed 3/4 of it. The rest were happily playing playstation and me staring at the blank computer screen. Lol, seriously don't know where to start. Then I started blog reading. HAHA! Me and my sissy kept visiting JAYMIE'S blog. See your name again! I simply love your name.

Just received an SMS from him. Well, let's chant for your cousin alright? I believe he will definitely change. So don't worry too much. Since it's you are the one who bring him out for activities and from what I can see, he is enjoying himself alot. I am sure you will benefit from it.

Rehearsal is TOMORROW! We have to run two places man! I mean the research thing and the skit will be held at the same place so CAN ANYONE TEACH ME HOW TO HAVE A SPLIT PERSONALITY? haha. I think it will come in handy. =P

Burning up.

Shan't blog much about yesterday because all you have to know is that I am really busy with the research project. This entire week I am fully booked by my ICs. Speaking of ICs, it just makes my blood boils whenever I see her. HA! Even Yan Deng agrees with me okay.

Nevermind, for now I shall chant for everyone's happiness so I can change their karma. Quoted from Xinyi. HAH!

Just had a chat with JAYMIE! She's really crappy. Talks alot and love to joke around. HAHA! Real friendly to her friends. Anyway Jaymie, I want to take a picture with you soon!

1. Thursday : Chanting at Senja for the success of YGM.

2. Friday : I have to go to Yan Deng's house for the project. (AGAIN?!)

3. Saturday : Rehearsal for FD Kenshu at TBSC. (YAY! But Serene won't be there. Not fun.)

4. Sunday : Actual performance at Senja. (Love to be on stage again!)

Oh just LOOK! But nevermind, like what I told Jaymie 'Gakkai friends are always closer to us.' I am happy whenever I am with them. And the girls get to see that HOTTIE! HAHAHA!

Today's performance was a total SUCCESS! The hall was packed until it had to be extended outside the door. HAHA! All the audience were capativated by our skit because it was quite funny. Yeah, laugh laugh. Seriously, you can really hear the roar of their laughters. At the end we also danced the CHICKEN LITTLE dance. Lol, darn funny and exciting.

Saw many familiar faces again! Friends and cousin not to forget other ICs. Well, we really enjoyed ourselves. YAY! There's still two more rehearsals and two more shows to put up! Everyone is darn hyper.
